What to do about errors when uploading videos

Please convert the version of MOVIE system to 2 system.

For videos with a capacity exceeding 1GB, there is a problem that uploading is not successful.

【MOVIE system】
・Version "MOVIE-1.x.x (1 series)" : Not available

・Version "MOVIE-2.x.x (2 series)": Available

※ By default, the version is set to "MOVIE-1.x.x (1 series)".

The procedure for converting the version is as follows.

Step 1: Open the "Manage contents" screen

Step 2: Click the gear icon at the top left of the screen> "Content conversion settings"
Step 3: In the "MOVIE" field, check one of "MOVIE-2.x.x (2 series)" and click "Save" at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4: After the above conversion, the MOVIE system becomes the 2nd system and you can upload the video.

※ For videos uploaded before conversion, right-click on the target video content on the "Manage contents" screen and select "Update generator".
