A user cannot receive emails sent from learningBOX.

Try the either ways as follows to deal with the problem:

  1. Check whether the email has been sorted into the recipient's spam mailbox.
  2. Check the Mail history in learningBOX to see if any bounces have occurred. If you are experiencing bounces, check your registered email address.
  3. Depending on the recipient's security settings, the recipient may not be able to receive the email. Refer to this page and ask the recipient to change the settings.
