A user cannot receive emails sent from learningBOX.
Try the either ways as follows to deal with the problem:
- Check whether the email has been sorted into the recipient's spam mailbox.
- Check the Mail history in learningBOX to see if any bounces have occurred. If you are experiencing bounces, check your registered email address.
- Depending on the recipient's security settings, the recipient may not be able to receive the email. Refer to this page and ask the recipient to change the settings.
