# Management roles

## This page describes each management role and details.

You can assign the following management roles to users in the Manage users.

- **Group manager (Edit/View)**: Registration and editing of users/groups.
- **Content manager(Edit/View)**: Creation and editing of content.
- **Grade manager (Edit/View/Grading/Approval)**: Management, viewing, grading,   
  and approval of grades.
- **Content manager (Assign)**: Assigning created content, courses, or folders to groups. 
    - You must assign either Group Manager or Content Manager along with this.
- **Email template manager**: Editing the templates for emails to be sent.
- **Notification manager**: Creation and editing of notifications sent to users.
- **Message box manager**: Sending messages to users/owner administrators.
- Other permissions  
    - **Role assigner**: Granting permissions to users. 
          - Group manager is also required to assign this role.
    - **Co-admin**: Access to the settings page.
    - **eCommerce manager**: Managing sales and payment processing settings   
      used for EC functions. 
          - The Customization option and EC special license are required to assign   
            this role.
