Management roles
This page describes each management role and details.
You can assign the following management roles to users in the Manage users.
- Group manager (Edit/View): Registration and editing of users/groups.
- Content manager(Edit/View): Creation and editing of content.
- Grade manager (Edit/View/Grading/Approval): Management, viewing, grading,
and approval of grades. - Content manager (Assign): Assigning created content, courses, or folders to groups.
- You must assign either Group Manager or Content Manager along with this.
- Email template manager: Editing the templates for emails to be sent.
- Notification manager: Creation and editing of notifications sent to users.
- Message box manager: Sending messages to users/owner administrators.
- Other permissions
- Role assigner: Granting permissions to users.
- Group manager is also required to assign this role.
- Co-admin: Access to the settings page.
- eCommerce manager: Managing sales and payment processing settings
used for EC functions.- The Customization option and EC special license are required to assign
this role.
